Police Blotter: Incidents reported at Chatham University, Sept. 2 - Sept. 21

8:25 p.m. Sept. 2 An officer was dispatched to Linzer Apartments for a damaged vehicle report. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to the student whose vehicle was damaged while parked in the Terrace Parking Lot. A report of the damages was taken and placed on file. 

1 p.m. Sept. 6 – A student filed a report with Public Safety regarding a vehicle collision in the Terrace Parking Lot.

3:30 p.m. Sept. 6 Officers responded to a traffic crash at Woodland Road and Fifth Avenue involving a student. Upon arrival, officers assisted the City of Pittsburgh Police with traffic control. A report was taken and no one was injured. 

6:20 p.m. Sept. 8 – A student filed a report with Public Safety regarding a damaged vehicle in the Chung Apartments lot.

11:50 p.m. Sept. 21 – Officers assisted City of Pittsburgh Police at 112 Woodland Road in investigating a possible prowler on the property. Upon arrival, officers found the back screen door open. The resident was advised and secured the door. 

Other News – During this reporting period, there were five students transported to UPMC Urgent Care Shadyside and UPMC Shadyside. There were also two items entered into the lost and found stations located in the Public Safety office and Rea Garage.
