Rudy Bilger ‘28 is a history major. Originally from the town of State College, Rudy’s family came to Pittsburgh after his parents found jobs at Chatham, which he began attending after graduating high school. Rudy tries to be an all-purpose staff member for the Communiqué, covering events, writing articles, regularly attending meetings, offering ideas and assisting with layout.
