Carmen Shuru ’26 is a Psychology and Visual Arts: Studio Art major. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Carmen transferred from Suffolk University in Boston and came to Pittsburgh to pursue a career in art education. Carmen enjoys being a part of the Chatham community through participating as an Orientation Leader, RISE mentor, board member of the Queer Student Alliance and working at Student Affairs.
