As Chatham University students return to campus or begin their new academic pursuit, many may be left wondering where the best grocery spots are. Luckily, the surrounding area of our Shadyside campus hosts many grocery and convenience store options. There are a few large grocery corporations such as Giant Eagle, ALDI and Trader Joes. But alongside these stores there are plenty of local businesses from Kosher to Asian markets, and two Farmers Markets.
