Students dance the night away at Spring Formal and Chatham Palooza

Students travelled to Eden Hall on April 10 for the Glow Gala, Chatham’s Spring Formal hosted in the Esther Barazzone Center (EBC). Many others spent the weekend prior attending Chatham Palooza, a talent show-style fundraising event hosted by the Rea Coffeehouse Committee and the Asian Student Association.

Candice Borowitz ’29 is a communications major with a concentration in journalism and a minor in political science. She’s originally from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and chose Chatham for its small community, liberal education and Pittsburgh location. Candice is a contributing writer for the Communiqué and is interested in exploring a variety of topics for the outlet, including photography. In her free time, Candice enjoys discovering new music, reading, watching documentaries, journaling and discovering new antique and thrift stores. Sarah Naccarato ‘27 is a communications: journalism major and photography minor. A Pittsburgh suburb native, Sarah accidentally discovered Chatham on a school trip and has since been finding more people with similar and equally weird interests. Sarah enjoys writing a little bit about everything and keeps the Communiqué website running. Outside of the Communiqué, she enjoys spending time in nature, reading, driving with music and the windows down, making weird art and watching a little too many movies.
