Police Blotter: Incidents reported at Chatham University March 1-18

10:40 a.m. March 11- Officers received information of a vehicle blocking another in at the Hicks parking lot. Officers arrived and attempted to locate the owner of the blocking vehicle with negative results, and the vehicle was towed.

4:57 p.m. March 12- Officers received information of possible drugs on the ground at Chatham Apartments parking lot.  Upon arrival, officers collected the substance and it was entered into evidence. 

9:15 a.m. March 14- Officers towed several illegally parked vehicles from the Campbell Memorial Chapel parking lot and from Chapel Hill.

7:40 p.m. March 14- Officers were dispatched to the police station to take a theft report. Officers responded and placed a report on file.  

1:55 p.m. March 15- Officers received information about a drone in the front yard of 1163 Murray Hill Ave. The drone was recovered by officers and placed in lost and found.

 

Officers did two medical transports and responded to two fire alarms, which were deemed false.
