Keith Danley recently resigned from his role as head coach of the men’s soccer team at Chatham University after his seventh season. Danley was the first men’s soccer head coach and is now pursuing other opportunities.
Assistant Coach Johnathan Swann will take on an interim head coaching position and will lead the program through the spring, according to Athletic Director Leonard Trevino.
The athletic department has begun a search for the next coach.
“The job has been posted, and we are taking applications and nominations. We are looking to move as soon as possible,” Trevino said. “We are looking for a coach that can move us forward and keep us consistently challenging for a conference title and regionally recognized.”
