Bella White

Carson the Cougar lounges in the sun on the quad.

Old Carson was lounging about,

Down at the pond looking for trout.

When no fish could he see

But koi in the reeds,

He roared and he raged like a lout!

Pennsy felt sorrow untold.

Her heart felt unusually cold.

‘Til a jolly green lad,

Saw this cute seal was sad,

So he gave her a big piece of gold!

Originally from the town of State College, Rudy’s family came to Pittsburgh after his parents found jobs at Chatham, which he began attending after graduating high school. Bella White ‘27 is an English major with minors in French and journalism. Bella is the editor-in-chief of the Communiqué. Originally from north of Pittsburgh, Bella decided to come to Chatham to build on their passion for writing. They primarily focus on news but they have been known to dabble in other sections from time to time. In her free time, Bella enjoys reading, attempting to crochet, taking naps and talking with friends. They can usually be found at a library or bookstore with a good iced chai.
