Content Warning: Talk of sexual violence, racism, and discrimination against minority groups.During the 2020-21 academic year, a survey evaluating gender, sexual violence and discrimination on campus, the Harm Assessment for Reduction and Prevention (HARP) survey was released to the internal Chatham community. The study was an effort by the Gender and Sexual Violence Prevention Committee of the Diversity and Inclusion Council to evaluate student experiences as a key part of the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’s (ODEI) Strategic Plan. This episode of the Communiqué Dart dives into some of the results of the study and what students’ reactions were to the HARP study.
